ORDERING PROCESS

 

  • How do I purchase embroidered products?

 

  1. Place your order online, by e-mail, or by phone at (877) 411-2499.

  2. After you place your order, send us your logo as an e-mail attachment to bizzystitcher@gmail.com

  3. We will review your logo and let you know if any changes are needed to make it suitable for embroidery. Once you approve any necessary changes, we digitize the logo so the embroidery machine can read the file.

  4. Your logo will be embroidered on a piece of material and a photograph of the embroidered logo will be e-mailed back to you for your approval.

  5. Once you have approved the sewn out logo, we will begin production of your order.  

  6. Once production of your order is complete, it will be immediately shipped out to you 9-12 business days from the time we receive your approval.

 

 

ORDERING INFORMATION

 

  • Do I have to order a minimum amount for embroidered products?

No. You only order what you need. We have no minimums on any of our products.

 

  • Can I have more than one location embroidered on my garments?

Absolutely! We can embroider additional locations on most products for just $2.95 per location / per item.

 

  • Can I add names or other text to my embroidered apparel?

Yes, names or other text based embroidered locations are an additional $2.95 per location. Just provide us with a list of names and we take care of the rest.

 

  • I don’t have a logo; can I have just text or personalization on my garments?

 

No problem.  We can personalize items with or without a logo.  For orders that require text only, there is no logo set up fee and the first embroidered location is included in the price.

 

  • How do I add embroidery services to my shopping cart?

Simply select “Embroidery Serivces” from the tree menu at our online store and add the appropriate number of locations to your cart.

 

  • How many days does it take to receive my order?

Once you have approved your embroidered logo sample, your order will be completed and shipped within 9-12 business days. 

 

  • Do you provide samples of your products?

Yes.  To order a sample of any of our products, simply order it online or by phone at 877-411-2499.  We will have the item shipped out to you.  You can either keep the item, or ship it back to us for full credit towards the completion of your purchase.  Sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping charges of the sample.

 

  • Can I request a rush order for my purchases?

Absolutely!  We can generally expedite your order and have it shipped within 5 business days once the logo has been approved.  There is a 20% surcharge for rush orders.

  • I have a logo, how do I send it to you?

  • Is there a fee for the logo set up?

Yes, there is a one-time fee of just $49.95 for digitizing your logo for embroidery.  This fee is waived on orders of 12 pieces or more.

 

  • What does the “logo set up” fee cover?

Our state of the art commercial embroidery machines require special “instructions” to sew out your logo.  Our staff will convert your logo into a file that contains information such as logo size, thread colors, stitch styles and patterns, and other data that create a “digitized” logo suitable for embroidery.

 

  • How do I add the “logo set up” fee to my cart?

If your order is less than 12 pieces, and your logo is not already on file with us, you can add the logo setup fee to your cart from the "embroidery services" tab on the product menu.

 

  • Do I have to pay the logo set up fee on future orders?

No, this is a one-time fee.  One we have your logo digitized, we keep it on file for future purchases.  This make future orders a snap!

 

 

  • What formats do you accept?

Send us your logo in any graphic format such as jpeg, tiff, gif, bmp, pdf, gif, etc.  Remember, files should be as sharp and clear as possible.  Files should at least be the same size as the completed design, if not larger.  If you are unsure about the quality of your file, send it to us and we will be glad to figure out the rest!

 

  • Can I send a picture of my logo design?

Of course, we have successfully digitized designs from photos taken with an i phone.  Just be sure that you are square to the design that is being photographed to prevent any distortion to the design.  Be sure to fill the picture frame with the logo being photographed.

 

  • Is there a limit to the size of my logo?

For best results, chest logos are limited to 4” high by 4” wide.  Baseball Cap logos are limited to 2.25” high by 4” wide.  Text should be no smaller than 1/4” high for best results.  If necessary, you logo will be professionally modified to meet these criteria.  And, of course, production will not start, and you will not be charged until you are completely satisfied with your logo.

 

  • How do you match the color of my logo when it is embroidered?

We have a wide array of thread colors to choose from.  We do our best to ensure that the thread colors we select are as close a match to the logo file you send us.  A proof of the completed design and colors will be sent to you for your approval before production begins.

 

  • Can I choose any colors for my logo?

Yes. There are no color restrictions when it comes to embroidery.  Keep in mind that red on red, black on black, etc., will not necessarily stand out.  This may be a desired attribute for some.  We are here to help if you need assistance with color variations of your logo.

 

  • Can I choose the location for the embroidered logo?

Yes, you can have your logo embroidered practically anywhere on your garments.  The left chest on shirts and front and center on caps are the default locations.  Other locations on shirts would be the right chest (usually used for personalization), sleeve hems, and the upper back just below the collar.  On caps, additional locations would include the left and right side along the headband, and the back.  Just be sure to indicate any special locations in the comments box when you place your order.  Or simply call us if you prefer to speak with a real person.

 

  • How does the approval process work once I send you my logo?

You logo will be reviewed to ensure that it is suitable for embroidery.  We will review the amount of detail, the size of lettering and fonts, color fades and shadows.  We will then contact you by e-mail or phone and let you know what changes, if any, are necessary to digitize your logo.  If you approve those changes, we will digitize and sew out your logo after your order has been placed.  A photo of the embroidered logo will be sent to you for your final approval.  Production will begin only after you have approved the embroidered logo.

 

EMBROIDERY DESIGN OPTIONS

 

  • Do you have clipart embroidery designs that I can choose from if I don’t have my own logo?

Yes.  We have over 5,000 designs to choose from. Click on our link to Dakota Collectibles to browse our wide assortment of designs.  Once you find the design that you like, take note of the design ID number and include it in the comments box when placing your order.  Also pay close attention to the size of the design as some are too large for logo designs.

 

  • Is there a logo set up fee when using your clipart designs from your online library?

No, the designs are already digitized so there is no extra fee when using our clipart.  These designs are provided to our customers at no additional charge.

 

  • Do you offer personalization and monogramming on your products?

Yes, we can place text such as names on the right chest, monograms etc., at an additional $4.95 per location.  If personalization is all you want without a logo or other design, then there is no extra fee since our prices includes one free location of embroidery.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

We use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground to ship all of our products.  Need it faster or overnight once your order is completed? Call us for a quote.

We carry a complete line of brand name products with names such as Nike, Ogio, Port Authority, New Era, and many more.

 

  • I cannot find the items that I am looking for.  Do you offer products other than what I see on your web site?

Yes, we do.  We have access to apparel, spirit wear, and athletic team uniforms at fantastic prices.  Call us and let us know what you are interested in.  We will gladly do all we can to help you find the items you are looking for.

  • How do you keep your prices competitive while at the same time including $2.95 embroidery?

The Bizzy Stitcher strives to provide our customers with the best prices for embroidered apparel.  Unlike many companies that require minimum orders, or that advertise rock bottom prices only to find out later that you have to order huge quantities to get that price, The Bizzy Stitcher offers some of the lowest prices with no minimums.  No gimmicks.  No complicated pricing schemes. We believe that our success comes from providing great value that keeps our customers coming back again and again.

 

  • Is there an additional charge for plus sizes?

Yes.  Most of our products are priced slightly higher for sizes 2XL and up.  To view the price of plus sizes, simply check the size desired on the product page and the price will change accordingly.

 

  • Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount to all orders of $1,000 or more.  Please call or e-mail us for a discounted quote.
